That's just sad! I've been experiencing similar results with several
vendor's Escalation teams (the folks that the supervisors transfer you to)
including a satellite internet service. Seems like good service is quickly
becoming a thing of the past. :0(
Good thing you folks have us on your side. We can't fix everything, but we
do keep you off the phone with them as much as possible. :O)
