I am absolutely thrilled that you are going to do this Remote Assistance bit!! I hope I can do everything right. No pics...hahah. OK, I'll take my hard drive upstairs and connect it to the Host system. I don't know his system very well, so it may take a little looking around. Oh man, I don't think he ever set up Outlook Express, he doesn't do email. If he didn't, I'll have to create a mailbox on my ISP. Darn, I never even thought about this. Uh...what is your email address? Dumb question? This may take me awhile to set up the Host/my hard drive and check his Outlook Express. I'll contact you via the group if I need more instructions.
