I am assuming you are using XP.

Go to View/Current View and check to see if there is a DOT 
by "Show All Messages".

On occassion I like to move some mail I get into folders in 
outlook express
I did it today  but now I can't see them in the folder.If I 
go to Local Folders
I can see the total of 39 in there  but when I open that 
folder I only see the
ones (4) that are unread.How can I view or makes these other 
appear?
