Exit Outlook on your old computer and go to:
:\documents and settings\\local settings\application data\Microsoft\Outlook

and copy the files called:

Outlook.pst
extend.dat

Move those copied files to the same location on the new computer while Outlook
is closed.

Open Outlook and all your contacts, profiles, etc., should be there.
