What about getting a new friendly Log off the net some place , for free for
your phone? Or can you not talk to Nokia via the web, and ask them to send
you instructions on how to do it?
Other than that I think you may have to look for a full return phone to
factory settings option. Then you can lose ring tones etc I would guess.

I had actually already found that -- I have the PDF owner's manual and have
read through it from start to finish -- nothing in there about how to change
the "logo" or wallpaper as some people call it.
I even phoned the Fido store and they didn't know how to do it -- but
everybody agrees there's got to be a way to at least reset it back to
default.
