I use the calender in windows. I like it, it reminds me when I ask it too and
works well for me. I know this is very late but you asked :-)

  Hi all!

Jerry & I are looking for something that we can get to keep track of the
things we want to or are suppose to do.

For Example We need to keep track of when our Dr. appts are..or tests need
to be done..
We also want to keep track of family birthdays. Of course, we want to keep
track of the days we have freebies at the casinos....lol! (We have our
priorities you know!)

Ideally, this would be some physical device that we could synch with our
computer.

It would be nice to be able to import our address/phone numbers into this
device.

We really do not care about being able to call folks with this device, we
have cell phones already and they are still under contract. It is not
important for us to connect to the net with this device.

Any Ideas? Prices? Stores to Check? Any resources you have will be
helpful. I know a Google search will work, but I have no clue about the
devices, by the time I could figure that out on my own, I WOULD NOT REMEMBER
WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR ...OR WHY!

I would prefer to try something that others have had a positive experience
with and avoid anything that you all did not like.. (knowing why you did not
like it would be helpful too!)

We are really pretty open about this. As you know..then folks get older,
they tend to forget things. We want to have something we are use to using
to keep us up on what we have scheduled. It is said, the things you do
routinely, like a regiment, are not the first things you forget. The more
something is second nature to you, the better your likelihood of retaining
that task longer. At least that is what I think. (I know I have read that
somewhere...but I do not 'remember' where ha ha!)

So, please give me your recommendations.

If it takes software we have to buy for the computer to keep this device in
synch..so be it.

Thanks in advance for any ideas you may have. We really appreciate it..
