You optical mouse doesn't need any pad at all. The reason you have pads = is for the ball mice that require them. Optical just need a fairly flat = service. However, if you still want a pad and feel naked without one, I like = these: http://www.everglide.com/ These are not with the gel pads, however. Price is not the cheapest, but = they're not really expensive. iConcepts makes decent pads with the wrist gels, but I think for the = surface they use the clothe, which I personally hate. I like the hard = plastic. And, if you're feeling really lonely, these here are great for a rainy = day: http://www.bustymousepads.com/ :o) ____________________________________ Sir Troth ICQ #1717439 AIM/AOL: SirTrothX Yahoo: SirTroth MSN: SirTroth@xxxxxxxxxxx (do not email me here) My Personal Email: SirTroth@xxxxxxxxx -------------------------------------------------- =20 -----Original Message----- From: pctechtalk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx = [mailto:pctechtalk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of cajun12 Sent: Friday, December 16, 2005 10:03 PM To: pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: -=3DPCTechTalk=3D- Mouse Pad for Optical Mouse What's a good brand and color mouse pad for a Logitech Optical mouse? I = have a small thin blue pad with lots of white writing on it that the = mouse=20 really flies on, but it's very small and has no gel wrist rest, which I=20 like. I've heard to optical mice don't like the color red. I've tried = a=20 gray Fellowes pad with gel wrist pad, and a black Belkin pad with gel = wrist=20 pad, but my mouse doesn't seem especially fond of those either. Any suggestions? dj=20 -- <Please delete this line and everything below.> To unsub or change your email settings: //www.freelists.org/webpage/pctechtalk To access our Archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PCTechTalk/messages/ //www.freelists.org/archives/pctechtalk/ -- <Please delete this line and everything below.> To unsub or change your email settings: //www.freelists.org/webpage/pctechtalk To access our Archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PCTechTalk/messages/ //www.freelists.org/archives/pctechtalk/
