Cristy,
    The usual way is to take a peek under the hood.  That means looking at 
the source code for the page and trying to figure out what link goes to 
which element.  However, I have a Firefox extension installed that makes it 
really easy to open up any frame of a page all by itself in another tab. 
Once it opened, I copied the address for that frame and send it to you 
(well, it was long so I first used yet another extension to convert it to a 
tiny url).      :O)
