I'm guessing it isn't the case, but It is also possible you inadvertently
picked up a spyware that is playing havoc with it too. When I was reading about
the one I got last night, I read how it can affect IE and OE and totally trash
them. This thing sounds more like a virus than a piece of spyware! But - you
might do a scan with spybot or ad aware just to check.
I know - 1st thing this afternoon, after not being on here really since I
cleaned it last night - my IE threw errors. I'm hoping it was just a
co-incidence. But - I was able to surf, & get pages to load -
sure hope you figure it out!!

Ok I can get mail Yahoo an all runs downloads an such; But I can not get a
single page to load .. This just happened w\ in the last 20minutes ... I
didn't install anything; uninstall or Nothing I was just surfin an workin
on my site.. So now my question is What Up ?? lol I mean do I need to call
my ISP an ream them out or is it something I can easily fix here ?? Or the
very least test something ...
<end>

Well, before I called the isp, here is what I would do.

1. If you have an external modem, turn it OFF.
2. If you have a network, turn off the network.
3. Turn off your machine, for a least a minute. (60 seconds)
4. Reactivate the network (AFTER the 60 seconds in step 3)
5. Reactivate the external modem if you have one.
6. Finally, turn your machine back on.
7. try getting back on the Internet again. If you still can't at this
point, I would think about calling the ISP.

I consider "external modem" to be the same as a cable modem or satellite
modem. Turn them off temporarily. What you are doing is resetting
everything a little. It might just need a little stablizing.
