I get phone calls like this all the time:
Customer: Do you have any widgets in a model X?
Me: let me check. hold on........... No we don't. We don't have them
in Model Y or Z either.
Customer: So. No Model X, Y or Z widgets at all?
Me: (biting my tongue) No, none at all.
