It looks like the thing won't run under Vista:

Isn't there supposed to be a Windows XP compatibility mode in Vista?

Whenever I try to run DVD Creator MFC Application after having installed it,
I get a message that the application has stopped working.  There is no
online solution.  Here's there error message:
