Just curious... why would you be installing an OS on the external? Are you
planning to boot to it?

Sorry G. Minds not what it used to be, more new meds. But that's what I was
asking.  I've got a legal copy of XP sp2. think I'll get an external and
slap it on.  But 4allmemory has 120gig for 80 USD. I'll think about it and
decide in a day or 2.
