Is this only on XP, because I went there and I see all that, but the only
option is to break up mail when SENDING, but nothing for receiving.  I have

Open you OE
go to TOOLS at the top
then to accounts
make sure your account is highlighted
click on Properties *on the right*
click on the advanced tab
believe it is on that group of things
