The info dredged up by Autoruns can be a bit overwhelming for the average 
user and the group has more normal users than power users.  I wouldn't 
hesitate to use it to help someone with an actual infestation (and it always 
accompanies me on customer calls), but I otherwise try to keep things 
relatively simple over the list.         :)
