They aren't big.... some are as small as 1 K.

Non-AOL users receive them, AOL users don't.

Don't think Outlook has a limitation that narrow...

On November 1, Juno is lowering their storage space for emails
from 5M to 2M and lowering the allowable size of attachments from
3M to 2M.

This is only on their free accounts.
