I had that happen every time I ran Norton. something about virusbug.exe or some such.. it was findind something that Norton was doing as temp search file..I watched it happen. the file came and went. AV reacted as tho it was a bad file. Every time I ran AV AFTER the Norton scan like that warning said NOTHING came up. I ran it thru Panda online and nothing came. So I came to the conclusion it was just AV. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Barry Toner" <barrys.groups@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, September 30, 2003 5:00 AM Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Re: Aggravated With AVG: Looking a new AV. > Andy I'm talking about if I right click on a drive under Explorer it will > say it's foudn a virus adn then says, "To remove this virus please run AVG". > Barry > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Barnstoneworth" <barneystorm@xxxxxxxxxxxx> > To: <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Tuesday, September 30, 2003 12:59 PM > Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Re: Aggravated With AVG: Looking a new AV. > > > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > > From: "Barry Toner" <barrys.groups@xxxxxxxxxxxx> > > To: "pctech" <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > > Sent: Tuesday, September 30, 2003 8:12 AM > > Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Aggravated With AVG: Looking a new AV. > > > > > > > Hi all. > > > > > > I've finall gotten fed upw tih AVG 6 free edition. > > > > > > I'm fed up if I scan a disk on my computer and a virus is foudn I have > to > > > run a full system test to just remove that virus.
