We have a new laptop w/Windows Vista OS. A few days ago whenever we'd go to
start up, a pop-up would appear saying "Windows Explorer is not working". It
then tries to restart & the same message appears again & again. Naturally, I
cannot do anything or go anywhere online etc because Windows Explorer never
loads. Anyone have any ideas that might help me? Thank you, Paula
