What I am trying to say is that these lists send groups of messages as one
email. For example, the message I received today from THIS group was received
as an attachment. Sometimes I can receive 2 emails from the same group and
one will be received as an attachment and one won't. Here is what the
attachment emails say.....
"This message has been processed by Brightmail(r) AntiVirus using Symantec's
AntiVirus Technology
Unknown00000000.data was not scanned because too many nested levels of files
were found.

For more information on antivirus tips and technology, visit
http://www.brightmail.com/antivirus";

I hope I have made myself clear, if not, please tell me and I will try again
because I would very much like to fix this problem. BTW I have emailed the
groups and called Symantec without getting any help. Thank you for your help.
 Betty

Betty,
Forgive me, but I don't understand the question you're asking.

Are you saying the 25 messages are now being delivered as attachments
instead of being in one e-mail?

Are you asking how to get rid of the quote "sent using Brightmail
AntiVirus from Symantec"?

If it is the fact that they are attachments now, that can be caused by
two things. One is a setting in the list management. You may be able
to change it yourself in the setup or options for the list. It may
also be a list decision.....something the user cannot control. If it
happens on just one list of many, ask the administrator, or others on
the list if they have the same experience.
