Dear Sir, I'm very confused about taking backup of our staff's emails. Although I take backup time to time if for some reason, if I get late to take a backup of their emails, they just move their emails from inbox to their specific folders and later on i'ts harass. Kindly show me very effective way of taking backup of emails everyday. Urgent response woule be highly appreciated.
