This was discussed quite awhile ago. I need a program that would allow me to create MS help files... either CHM files or the old MS HLP files. Of course, I'm looking for freeware, but pay versions are exceptable if you can really recommend one. Wouldn't want to waste money on something if it stinks, know what I mean?
