To correct the problem, press and hold the [Shift] key while right clicking on the file and select Open With from the shortcut menu. Now you can choose the right program that should be associated with the file type. If you're not positive which program should be associated with the file type, make sure that the Always Use This Program To Open This Type Of File check box is not selected. -Mark HELP PLEASE I inadvertently selected the wrong option to view an .efx document. .efx is the special file sent by E-fax to send faxes to me via the web.
