Hi Robert In Window Explorer, go to View / Folder Options and in the File Type tab, you associate the extension with the application you want to open this with. A far easier way to do this is download this freeware called OpenExpert and it'll put this Open With option in your right click menu. This is a user configurable program. You can "configure an unlimited number of applications for each file type" Here is the download http://www.baxbex.com/openexpert.html Hope that helps.
