Try uninstalling again, then use RegEdit and look at that key; if it's
still there, see if you can delete it or rename it.

If it's not there, reinstall.  If you still get a complaint, see if
the key exists.  If not, try creating it.  You may have to guess what
datatype ALARMCOMPONENT0 is.
