There has been lots of discussion recently on things this list wasn't
set up for. A number of members have made excellent observations which
make for good reading. Still, it is wise to consider what we are here
for. Over the last 2 days, 2 members have un-subscribed. Whatever their
reason it suggests this off topic stuff is not healthy for all the
members. Some will just leave and never say why. Please keep discussions
on topic.

Perhaps some of you know of a list where these more personal topics are
appropriate to discuss. If you do, please send us details privately so a
good discussion can be enjoyed in the right forum.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
