Have just published the latest data page for those wanting the 
information (actually a visitor started asking for this last week). It 
has taken nearly a week to create. Unfortunately, the chart was printed 
with an unfortunate combination of black text on an orange background, 
so the scanner could not recognise the characters. That's why it has 
taken this long- typing them all by hand. You can see it at:

There will be a few more tweaks over the next few days to make it easier 
to use, so this is sort of early. I hope it helps you!
