[pchelpers] Hauppauge PC tuner on C and G Drive

The tuner records avi files faster on my C Drive than on my Maxtor storage
device on my G Drive. The slower recording rate on the G drive makes a sow
motion "jerky" effect when playing with Real One. The C drive records 2.5
GB every seven minutes. So doing a ratio a three hour TV program would be
about 65 GB which exceeds the capacity of my PC hard drive. Please remember
the Maxtor is USB 2/1.1 and my PC USB port is 1.1. So what I have to do is
increase the speed of the tuner (I think). Does anyone know whether that is
possible? Or increase the recording speed of the Maxtor?
