Hi John and Ekhart;
A few weeks ago a progran I was trying to access would not respond and after
waiting for a while my computer suddenly changed the looks of the desktop. The
picture on my desktop was still there but very different (hard to explain)
Then a box came up that read like this:--
IALMRNTS Display driver has stopped working normally.

Save your work and reboot the system

 to restore full display functionality

When I reboot everything does go back to mormal.

Lately this has been happening quite often. Do you know what this means, and
what if anything can be done about it.

My computer is a Dell 2350. OS is XP and it has 1 GB ram

Do you think think this means that my old dell is ready to die on me?
