[pchelpers] Anyone shed light.

I keep receiving this mail, it comes from  "postmaster"

it says.....................pete@xxxxxxxxxxxx sent you an e-mail containing 
potentially harmful content.

Then..................You are receiving this notice because pete@xxxxxxxxxxxx 
sent you a message containing potentially harmful content such as viruses or 
forbidden attachments. The message has been cleaned of its suspicious content 
and is enclosed as an attachment. If you have any doubts about the message or 
need more information, please contact your.....................System 
Administrator.  then tells me about suspicious content and a virus called "my 
doom"

I tried to contact the adimistrator by clicking the link, and my email opens 
but if I try to send, my email tels me it cannot send as this is not known or 
something, what is going on?             My anti virus is up to date, run 
checks every day and nothing shows up.
Anyone help
