[pchelpers] AVG

Anyone having difficulty with AVG download. Something happened that
every time I try to update it pulls down the same 2 meg file. When it
installs it apparently does not set the right switches because if I try to
update again it still pulls down the same 2 meg file.
I tried to download the Free AVG file itself so that I could delete the
one I have and reinstall. However it comes up with an error message on
download screen which says "302 temporarily moved"
Appreciate any comments.
