As local authorities across the UK struggle to cope
with ever tighter budgets, our first piece this morning looks at cuts to
children and youth services and asks whether some councils could resort to
selling off public parks as they try to balance the books.

Elsewhere, we hear from Baroness Jenny Jones on the inquiry into undercover
policing. She highlights the strong women who have forced the Met to own up to
their actions and suggests there are still some big questions that need to be
answered.

And we have a review of today's Prime Minister's Questions. It reports that the
chancellor George Osborne, who was standing in for David Cameron, received a
pounding from Labour's shadow business secretary Angela Eagle, who put on an
assured performance.
