"Southbound Interstate 17 closed between Camelback and Thomas roads from
11:30 p.m. Friday to 11 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 10) for pavement-repair work.
DETOUR: Please allow extra travel time. Consider other southbound alternate
routes, including southbound State Route 51. Freeway traffic will detour
along southbound frontage road."
Those of us that use I-17 southbound should use loop 101 on the west side
of Phoenix to get to I-10.
