How about the 12th (Friday) or 13th (Saturday)? Mikes would be my last choice
as it is pretty out of the way for me, though I know others live very close. We
just need to discuss which option to use for points to cycle.
After we choose a date I can send an email the weekend prior explaining the two
options so we can just gather and vote on that. We could use this time to look
at some suggestions as well.
The options and suggestions are already on the excel for anyone to view at any
time.

Where to meet?
First, give your input as to the location you prefer to meet.
Option 1: Mike's house
for just a meeting, nothing extra
Option 2: A Denny's or maybe Deer Valley Airport Restaurant, where they have
a back room to meet in.
Add your location or pick from the two mentioned here.
However, we may want access to the internet, and then Mike's is the preferred

Here are the dates to confirm you can attend.
Put a NO next to anything that doesn't work into your schedule and i will
choose the date that fits most of the attendees availability.
We had July dates on the list, but one of the main Lumi members can't do any
July dates, so we are shooting for a meeting in August.
And this meeting, should, but may not, be had BEFORE signing up for Lumi
events. So, I wish to get this meeting out of the way, sooner than later.
All Lumi members are asked to attend. If you are not planning to attend the
Lumi events, you don't need to reply to this email.

If you plan to have Runners and they are family members, they need to meet
the dress code, have a name badge (preferred) and follow the instructions for
runners.
And they need to be approved by me, to be a runner, even if it is only a
runner for you. Example: if Donna wants to help Bruce at his scope, i just
need to know who is attending and let Donna know if she is approved to be a
runner for anyone else, other than Bruce, as my example.
Vera is another example.
