I passed the intersection today. There is a crew there digging around the SE
corner, and there is a previously dug path from the island APS area to the best
placement alocation for the east crosswalk APS, too. It's hard to tell, but it
looks like they may be adding the east crosswalk southern APS in the correct
place after all.
