This is indeed a tough call, but here is the chart updated a little
while ago.  Note that the cloud cover and bad transparency neatly cover

From my perspective, tonight's weather does not look bad.  It may be a
tad breezy, ~5MPH or less, and is not projected to worsen.  The sky
should be mostly clear when the event is being held (see images below)
and the transparency and seeing will be OK - not great, but OK.  Dark
blue on both images is the optimal color.

 

I'm not seeing cause to cancel.
