Lepre-con is happening for PAS!
2 things need to happen.
The day you are doing your indoor assistance or your outdoor star party at
Leprecon, is the day you get a day pass for. We will take turns walking the
event, so you will want to sign up for various times you can help out.
Here's the options and the days we want to do this event.
PAS will have an indoor table, for which I believe I can be at for most of
the time. I am hoping I can be there. I haven't figured out how we will man
the table through all this, but if you can assist, it would be appreciated.
The event dates are Thursday June 23, Friday June 24, Sat June 25 and Sun
June 26.
Thursday is from 7pm to 10pm.
Friday is 10am to 10pm
Saturday is 10am to 10pm
and Sunday is only 10am to 7pm.
Your help is needed at various times during the day. If you can assist
indoors at the tables even for a little while while Mike and i take a walk
to stretch our legs, that would be greatly appreciated.
So, i set up the event in shifts.
Sign up for those shifts you can provide assistance.
If you want to be there for all the days possible, sign up for one shift a
day, or 2. Many thanks to everyone.
These shifts are not set in stone, meaning, if you can only do from 10am to
12pm and have to leave, sign up for the 10am shift and then let me know in
your RSVP you need to leave by noon. My plan was not to make too many
shifts and get enough help to cover the tables all day long with someone
there. We can't promote PAS if someone isn't at the table.
This is open to all *PAS Members*. You don't have to have a telescope to
attend, and get in for free. If you don't have a telescope, sign up for the
day time table.

Please also sign up with Leprecon directly to do this event. Sign up with
all info requested except for the paragraph about PAS for their booklet. I
will do that part.

I will need people indoors at the table with Mike and Me. I hope Mike and I
can do every day, all day long. It will be rough but if anyone can swing by
and give us a break now and then, that would be appreciated. Bathroom
breaks or just to walk around for a little while... Even if you can't stay
the whole time, you will have a day pass and can take the table for a
little while... thanks so much
