Science Fiction and Fantasy Convention to be held 23-26 June 2016 at the
Embassy Suites Phoenix North in Phoenix, AZ. Our theme this year is Life,
The Universe, and Everything in honor of our 42nd year.
Please have each member who will be attending LepreCon fill out this form,
as this is how we will be capturing registration information this year. If
you would do a small write up of your event when you fill out this form for
yourself, that would be appreciated. That way we can capture it with all of
the other program descriptions.
