Hi Betsy,
I enjoyed our conversation today on the phone. I am looking forward to
meeting you and having lunch then maybe once we both get back flying again
 we
can take turns flying back and forth for lunches on occasion and I will
get you hooked up with Angel Flight I know you will find it just as rewarding
as I do. and we will have lots to talk about when we have lunch .
Here are the pictures of My Dakota That you asked me to send you and you
can pass them on to Oscar and Others that might be interested in buying it .
As You know as the owner of one you know how sweet of a bird it is and its
capabilities .
I have flown all kinds of planes during my ten years of flying , But I
must say I feel more comfortable and I feel that a low wings plane is much
more
stable then the high wing and I have to tell you also that is very hard to
get the nose to drop in a stall even in my check rides I could not get the
nose to drop and it was buffeting and the stall warning horn was going full
blast so the examiner told me to just let it go as a recognized stall It does
it
both of my Pipers so Thats One proof of stability for the low wing and they
both do very well in cross wind landings .
I also wanted to mention one other thing that is not on the spec sheet
that Im going to send you The Dakota does not have a panel mount GPD But I
did
have and external antenna installed for a hand held GPS . But The loran that
I have in it is the North star M1 and I just love it I use it all the time
Even though You can't use them for approaches you can use the information as
back up and I will tel you one thing It is just as accurate as my GPS and
It has even got me out of a few tight jams as far as info goes . I love that
fact that you can monitor two different freq's at once with it as well as
the two you have on the panel , so it's like being able to monitor
4 freq's at a time and its so easy to program it .
Well so now after this novel Ha -Ha Here are the pictures Of it I will
send them as a Zip file if you have any trouble opening them let me know and
I will send them one at a time ok .
I will have to send the spec Sheet on it in a seperate email so here are
the pics on this one to be followed with the spec sheet on the next one
   Thanks for your Help
        Linda Heistand
