Simon did it - developing Symbian C++ software under Apple Mac OS X:

I didn't test (yet) his solution for the P900 (his solution is Gnupoc-
based, it's not a "hybrid" like my "P900 C++ SDK for Linux"), but I
guess he's on the right way...!
