Hi. hope everyone is fine. Not been on the treadmill this week, jarred by
hip or back while walking on a uneven footpath on Saturday. So, it is
painful, but starting to ease. So, my mum had some plantation shutters
installed today. For dinner had a crock pot, steak, and vegetables with
gravy. Very yummy, and then had a coffee. Weather been a bit rainy and windy
today, and bit cool. Current book I am listening to is called above the
starry sky by helen townsend.
