Yeah I forgot about the note thing. I could've opened it and dictated the note
right then. How would've turned out I don't know because it was so noisy in
that place. Boy that orthopedics for can get wild. Just a lot of people talking
and everything. Computers and all that stuff. Primary care was a lot more
quiet. Except people were talking about going to Baskin-Robbins when I was down
there. And I said all we don't have one of those in my neighborhood and this
lady said oh there's one right next store. But I've never seen a stream yet. So
I don't know what there like it I've heard they're very expensive too. So
that's basically how that went. But anyway I'm glad to be out of that place I
don't have to go back for three weeks. Yay I mean I can get so noisy up in
orthopedics I don't know why. People are always talking and computers are
running and everything. It's just weird up there. I was though go to the
third-floor that's orthopedics. I really was hoping I wouldn't see that place
again for a long time.

When I had my knee surgery several years ago, Curt had the forethought to
bring his Stream, so we still have the nurse's instructions that came after
the surgery. What a giggle! And, I think that there is an app on our iPhone
that will record, too. Need to get acquainted with that, if there is. :)

Well I have to get the phone number read since I gave it to me and
handwriting. I don't understand something you would think a place that had
tons and tons of computers would be able to generate an email and emailed
her patients. But not this place. But anyway the injection wasn't so bad.
They didn't ultrasonic image before they gave me the shot. So that's
basically how that went and it felt a lot better. Yep it sure did. Honestly
it was great. I mean yeah OK at her after they sprayed it numbed it but it
wasn't as bad as of. All that. The only thing he didn't there was certify me
so I could get home care help. I don't know if the physical therapist can do
it but he might be able to. If you can that's good. I just don't know why
Dr. Gordon didn't want to do it. He wanted to give me the shot. And that was
basically the end of it. I came home and basically crashed. I didn't really
go to sleep I just walked out on the couch. But no I didn't have the knees
down yet although I'll h ave to do that at some point. But I know it it's
something I'm going to have to have shoulder replacement.

Hi, Kathleen,

I changed the subject line because you were talking about the orthopedic
specialist. I went to my specialist too this afternoon and got the second
injection of Supartz in my left knee. Like you, I'm trying to avoid knee
replacement surgery. I'm glad you were able to get an injection for your
shoulder. Good luck with getting physical therapy.

Linda I'm sorry you're so frustrated. Wow I guess it would be good to
walk away from the computer. Well I didn't change the subject of this
message but here we go. I went to the orthopedist. He gave me a shot.
Well I avoided surgery thank goodness. I have to go back for physical
therapy. He said there's a lot of inflammation in my right shoulder.
So the trip was done and I was got home after 4 o'clock. So basically
everything is complete. I just have to get somebody to read the phone
number for the therapy place. The course they gave it to me and
handwriting. I was hoping they could email it to me but they said
they couldn't. There's tons of computers in that place and you think
somebody be able to email it. But oh well I guess that's not the
case. But anyway I just had a bologna and cheese sandwich. That's all
I felt like eating. Anyway I took the buses to the orthopedist and
then on my way back somebody missed directed me to the wrong Avenue.
This guy paid for a cab for
m
e
to go home. I was sure glad because my arm was really starting to hurt
anyway I thought my orthopedist would help me get the home care. But maybe
the physical therapist can do it. I didn't get a chance to mention it to Dr.
Gordon maybe at some point I'll see if he'll do it. But maybe the therapist
can. I don't know. Maybe Dr. Gordon since he's an orthopedic surgeon maybe
he can't do it I don't know. But anyway we're sure glad to get home. When I
came home I found out I had no cable service. No TV and no phone so I just
have the iPhone. I don't know when I'm going to get it back.

Hi All,

I've tried and tried to upload this CD onto Sendspace. I'm not very
good, despite Curt's many times to teach me, at uploading onto
Sendspace, and I'm so frustrated at this point that I must truly
give up and walk away from the computer completely. I'm almost in
tears, and this just isn't worth it. If anyone can upload the album
onto either Sendspace or Dropbox for Devon, I'd certainly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.

Linda G.
