he's done. After he gave me the shot he left. So I did talk to his assistant
Jason. He was the one that asked me if I had somebody at home to read the stuff
for me. Actually he asked me if somebody could dial the phone so I could make
the phone call? I really didn't get on his case for that because I wanted to
leave. No no Slayton stylus for me. My right hand is so messed up I couldn't
even do it anyway. It was even hard to use the cane. But no I can still you.
Use the buses. Anyway there's enough staff in this building I can get the thing
read tomorrow. No big deal. I did that before the last time I had physical
therapy because they gave me a long list. I just went downstairs and asked the
social worker no big deal she wrote it. Even if I have to take the braille
writer down that's OK too. But no Slayton stylus not not right now. Not until
the shot starts the work. They have extra braille writer's downstairs to where
they have reading service. So that's basically how it goes. They have
volunteers to come here to the building for people to get their mail road and
stuff. I think that's pretty neat too. I think that's really nice I mean a lot
of people don't have cited help all the time. And this one lady that I
correspond with on Facebook seems to think that everybody has cited help 24
seven.

I'm not trying to get on your case or anything but you need to start calling
these places to ask about getting physical therapy. I would have insisted for
Doctor Gorden to give me the phone number of a place where I could get
therapy. Do you have a medical transportation service that will take you to
appointments? Out here we have Caremore transportation and they're very good.
Maybe they might have something like that where you live.

They didn't ultrasonic image before they gave me the shot. So that's
basically how that went and it felt a lot better. Yep it sure did. Honestly
it was great. I mean yeah OK at her after they sprayed it numbed it but it
wasn't as bad as of. All that. The only thing he didn't there was certify me
so I could get home care help. I don't know if the physical therapist can do
it but he might be able to. If you can that's good. I just don't know why
Dr. Gordon didn't want to do it. He wanted to give me the shot. And that was
basically the end of it. I came home and basically crashed. I didn't really
go to sleep I just walked out on the couch. But no I didn't have the knees
down yet although I'll
ave to do that at some point. But I know it it's something I'm going to
have to have shoulder replacement.

specialist. I went to my specialist too this afternoon and got the second
injection of Supartz in my left knee. Like you, I'm trying to avoid knee
replacement surgery. I'm glad you were able to get an injection for your

avoided surgery thank goodness. I have to go back for physical therapy. He

the physical therapist can do it. I didn't get a chance to mention it to
Dr. Gordon maybe at some point I'll see if he'll do it. But maybe the
therapist can. I don't know. Maybe Dr. Gordon since he's an orthopedic
surgeon maybe he can't do it I don't know. But anyway we're sure glad to
get home. When I came home I found out I had no cable service. No TV and
no phone so I just have the iPhone. I don't know when I'm going to get it
back.
