Oh John, you've certainly got my sympathy as I've got arthritis in two spots.
The physical therapy on my shoulders and neck don't seem to be doing any good at
this point but this could take months to alleviate the pain. I'm also taking
other drastic measures ... ug ... dieting, cooking, eating foods I hate. But to
get the arthritis pain down I've got to lose some weight.

Hi Rosy, glad your hand is improving. I go to get the second of 2 shots
tomorrow, for my lower back. They are basically deadening the nerves at the
base of my spine, to help eleaviate the aartheritis pain.
With all of the humidity we have had in the last couple of days, I don't know if
the first shot is doing much good!
