Hi. hope everyone is well. I am well. Went on the treadmill this morning and
listened to more cool tunes. They are:

Then watched an episode of star trek voyager.
And for dinner, had pork spare ribs, and vegetables, carrots, cauliflower,
cabbage, with a nice rich gravy, and for desert, had pudding, a bit like
rice pudding, did not really like the texture, oh well, try something once,
then had a coffee. New book I am listening to is the jungle, by clive
Cussler.
