Then went on the treadmill this afternoon,m and more cool tunes. They are:

Went to my sister's place for dinner, had portk spare ribs, roast beef,
steaks, roast potatoes, peas, brocalie. Then my mum made a strawberry
Victoria sponge with fresh cream, just come home had a cup of tea, and some
rice crackers.
