Yes, restarting my computer seems to pretty much always work for me.

Rosie, thank Heavens your computer's now working properly. Yeah, when mine
does something stupid and I know I've given it the right commands, I shut it
down and start it all over again. I've had particular problems in copying and
pasting songs with mine, and it doesn't seem to be an age-related thing with my
computer. It just messes up big time occasionally.

For awhile I thought the computer was down. I tried to write a test message to
myself but attempting to send failed. Anyway, I decided to restart the computer
and that fixed the problem. There might have been a little glitch somewhere but
it's working fine now.
