Hi, Karen,
I'd be sick at heart too if it was my grandchild. That's awful that child
services is involved now.

Well, Rosie, it's gone beyond that. Now Child Services is in it. So I don't
know what will happen. I'm just totally sick at heart, as is Curt and our
entire family. We really appreciate all prayers. This is just too much to
take.

Hi, Karen,
I know I'm late but I've been praying for little RJ too. I'm so
sorry that
his mother is blaming your son. Accidents like this could happen on
anybody's watch. I don't understand why some couples play the blame
game
when a tragedy strikes. I pray that the Lord will heal their
relationship.

Thank you for praying, Linda. Yes, she is blaming my son, even
though she
lives there, she knows how everything is, she loves the dog, but she
says it
happened on his watch, so he's to blame. Now how mature is that? It
just
makes it all the more painful for everyone concerned. I'm praying
that there
will be a noticeable reduction in the pressure and that RJ will come
back to
himself and be totally healed. It's so hard not being right in the
middle to
hear the reports and know exactly what's going on.

Hi Karen,
I am also praying for strength and comfort not only for you
but for
RJ's parents who must feel absolutely devastated by this turn of
events. I
know of some couples who would turn an event like this into a
fighting spree
and pass blame one onto the other. I truly pray that Brian and his
wife
have a strong and loving relationship which can weather this and any
other
storms that might befall them. I'm not surprised they took blood
out of
RJ's head, probably to reduce the swelling. Poor little guy really
got a
wallop from that dog, who was probably frightened of the fireworks
and had
no idea of what he was doing. May love and peace prevail here and
may Jesus
hold you all in His comforting arms.
