Walt, thanks so much. I wish no one had to experience chronic pain, but believe
it or not, I just did a lot of laying around yesterday though I couldn't sleep,
and I lathered myself in Ben Gay with Lydocane which calmed down the nerves in
my right arm and eventually the spasming stopped and the pain has pretty much
been alleviated for now. I actually got about ten hours' sleep, and believe me,
I'm functioning so much better today than I have been!! It's a wonder what
sleep does for the body!! Thanks so much!!

Hi All,
I'm really having a tough time of it with the shoulder arthritis and not
being able to sleep. Then Thursday on the way home from my doctor
appointment, I lost the prescriptions he'd given me, and one of the types of
pills prescribed is a controlled substance, and you've gotta file a police
report if you lose the prescription before you can get another one. There's
a way for sighted people to do this online but because at least for now
Javascripting interferes with our screen-reading programs, I can't do this
online and will probably have to call a police officer to come to my house.
I'm so tired as a lot of nights I'm lucky to get three or four hours of
sleep. Also, my mom's in a bad way as she's been diagnosed with arthritis
and bersitis in her right hip, and pain goes all the way down her leg to
her ankle. Thanks in advance for your prayers for us.
