Kathleen, wishing you the very best and am praying for you and that all works
out well. I don’t think coos coos has many calories. Not sure but I think
it’s a form of rice. Shepherds pie sounds like a mighty nice meal. The only
time I’ve had it homemade is when I lived in a women’s rooming house, and boy
did they do a wonderful job making that meal! Most of the time, the food there
was really good, but I just ate dinners there. I never got up in time for
breakfast, and breakfast is my least favorite meal.
Hope the library can supply you with a working cassette player. I bought one
used four-track A P H recorder, the older kind, and one Handi-Cassette new, but
the battery part didn’t work so I just threw that part of it away. Otherwise,
both players work very well. I don’t usually borrow cassette books, but it’s
nice to know I can.

I wish I could donate to but I can't unfortunately. I wish I could. Even
if I put my credit card out there I want to go sites I would feel uncomfortable
doing that. I think it would leave you open to identity theft although I'm not
sure. Maybe that's being paranoid but I'm not sure I want to try it. Well
speaking of dental stuff is at two if I want to have pulled. I think I may have
it done. It's kind a loose and it's bothering me so I may get the thing cold
out. I don't know if I should do it before the surgery or wait till after.
Before I can't wait until 29 April. I really can't wait. I'm really getting
more uncomfortable each time. I just had to make my bed and it was kind of a
struggle but I did it. I hope my neighbor downstairs in the mail room because
she only has use the one-handed she couldn't get her mailbox key to come out of
the slot. So I got it out for her. So that's basically what I did today plus
having meals and stuff. I laid on the couch and slept most of the day. And
that's not normal either. Well today we had shepherds pie for the meal and we
had couscous with it. I thought couscous with the cereal but somebody told me
it's a pasta. To me it's sort of taste like cream of wheat or oatmeal it's a
wheat cereal but I don't know how you cook it. I wonder how many calories it
has. Is it really fattening? I wasn't sure if I'd like it but I'm kind of be
getting two. It seems like they put peas with our couscous. But I guess the
meal was OK and I had it and I'm fine with it. Actually I'm not even sure
what I'm gonna do when my birthday comes around. I really don't know. Tomorrow
I'm going up to church to see my friend and she's going to go through that
total mail the need to get sorted out. I'd like to go to the library to replace
my cassette player that is if they have them anymore. I have a lot of books on
cassette and the player doesn't want to charge anymore so I think the battery
pack his butt out it's lifetime. So I need to get that done. So hopefully I can
do that without my arm getting tired it's really beginning to each time I use
my cane. I really don't know how much longer I'm going to be able to travel
using the cane. At least until the surgery comes around. I really don't know.
But we'll just have to figure that out. I'm trying to ration the time that I
use my cane. Why can't go to therapy that much anymore because I've run out of
my allotted visits almost. I think I only have one or two left before the
surgery. Now the doctor is going to have to authorize more after the surgery I
know I'm going to have to fight with Medicare over that if you and I'm really
not looking forward to that either but that's up to the doctor in the clinic
