Well there's some people that live in my building that are gay or lesbian that
nobody bothers them. People just leave them alone. But hopefully they'll catch
the person that did this. I still hope that my move home on the second will
happen. I really hope it will. I hope by then they have open the neighborhood
up. I sure hope so. Anyway I'm probably going to finish a lot of my frozen
food. I'm working on it. The only thing I may have the take-home will be frozen
vegetables and maybe baloney and cheese. Anyway I sure hope things get back to
normal soon. My friend in New Jersey is keeping me abreast of what's going on.
A lot of the stuff in the paper she converts it to text and sends it to me. So
that's basically how that goes. But what are the diners down the block is
delivering meals to the building so people can have food. Because you can't go
out to the grocery store and stuff unless you have a photo ID. So that's how
that goes. And they're not letting that many people in it inner out of the
neighborhood. Right now today it's rainy and kind of damp and dreary. So I'm
not going out. When my worker come she's going to do the laundry. The only
thing about this whole mess is probably people who need help at home maybe
their homecare workers aren't able to come in that's gonna be a big mess.
Unless the cops are making some kind of exception I don't know.

I believe it was on CBS news that reported that the bomb was a pressure

there a whole bunch of gays that live in your building? I doubt it very
much, and because it was a pressure cooker bomb, I sure can’t help but think
it was anything else other than a terrorist incident. How ridiculous. After
all, ISIS doesn’t like gays, any more than they do Christians or women who
dress like Americans do. So, that’s my conclusion and anyone will be hard
pressed to change my mind on that one. After all, if they call it a
terrorist incident, then the building won’t be able to get help from the
government to do the repairs. Nor, will the businesses that are damaged or
whose windows are blown out, or who are losing business as a result of all
the closures be able to file a claim with the government. Disgusting!

It most certainly does, Connie. In the Minnesota case, I’ve heard that there
was an Isisconnection in that the man who wounded nine people before he was
killed by an off-duty police officer had been radicalized by Isis. The jury’s
still out as to whether the New York, New Jersey and Minnesota cases are
connected. Haven’t heard anything about Washington D.C. involvement.

A man who stabbed nine people at a mall in central Minnesota before he was
shot dead
is a "soldier of the Islamic State," the militant group's news agency said on
Sunday,
as the FBI investigated the attack as a potential act of terrorism.
The man, who was wearing a private security uniform, made references to Allah
and
asked at least one person if they were Muslim before he assaulted them at the
Crossroads
Center mall in St. Cloud on Saturday, the city's Police Chief William Blair
Anderson
told reporters.
Authorities declined to identify the suspect, who was killed by an off-duty
policeman,
because the investigation is underway.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation considers the episode a "potential act of
terrorism,"
Richard Thornton, FBI special agent in charge of the agency's Minneapolis
division,
said at a news conference on Sunday.
He said the investigation is in its early stages and it was not known if the
man
had discussed his plan of attack with others.
Authorities had said earlier there were eight stabbing victims. One injured
person
transported himself to a hospital and was not initially counted, St. Cloud
Mayor
Dave Kleis said at the news conference.
Three victims remained hospitalized as of Sunday but none had
life-threatening injuries,
Kleis said.
Kleis said Jason Falconer, the off-duty officer from the Avon Police
Department,
a jurisdiction outside of St. Cloud, "clearly prevented additional injuries
and loss
of life" by shooting the man.
Amaq, the news agency affiliated with the Middle Eastern extremist group
Islamic
State, issued a statement on Sunday saying, "The executor of the stabbing
attacks
in Minnesota yesterday was a soldier of the Islamic State and carried out the
operation
in response to calls to target the citizens of countries belonging to the
crusader
coalition."
Reuters was not immediately able to verify the Amaq claim.
The knife attack in St. Cloud, a community about 60 miles (100 km) northwest
of Minneapolis-St.
Paul, came at a time of heightened concern in the United States about the
threat
of violence in public places.
An explosion rocked New York City's bustling Chelsea district on Saturday,
injuring
29 people in what authorities described as a deliberate criminal act. But
both New
York Governor Andrew Cuomo and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said there
was
no indication it was linked to international terrorism.
May God bless you now, and evermore!
