[ornl-run-walk] Friday Run

We are planning another informal group run again this Friday, February 17th.  
We will meet at the quad at 11:30 AM.  We will decide where to run based on 
people's preferences.  It will probably be between 3 and 4 miles.  If we have a 
lot of runners, we may do both a  short route and a longer route.
